Nirman Metal is based on pure black Basalt Rubble Stone from Sahyadri mountain range in Sinnar. Basalt from this Sahyadri mountain range is considered as one of the best stones in the world. Nirman uses this stone quarry and produce graded aggregates in their two stage crushing plant.
Engineers of Nirman critically supervise the entire manufacturing process and use state of art crushing and screening equipments. Every process undergoes stringent quality checks and the metal stone provided is as per IS:383:1970.The said Indian Standard insist for sized, specific angular shaped, metal for use in Concrete. Unlike other non-standard stone suppliers in market, Nirman Metal does not have long , flat, flaky stones. Each stone particle of Nirman metal is correctly sized with specific angular shape.
