The company is currently involved
in collection of Vehicle Entry Tax from goods vehicles
crossing the limits of Pune Cantonment Board. The contract
was awarded for the period 29.8.2002-31.3.2003 which
was successfully renewed for a further period of one
year till 31.3.2004 by the board looking at the performance
and good will of the company.
The company quoted for the same tender for the period
2004-05 & once again for the period 2005-06 which
have been for the third and fourth consecutive times
respectively accepted by the Pune cantonment board.
The company is further looking forward for bidding for
tenders of Toll Collection on behalf of Government.

Nashik Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd. The company
is formed to specialize in infrastructure development
of Maharashtra. We are actively involved in various
BOT projects of PWD department and are planning to invest
about 10-15 crores every year in BOT (Build, Operate
and Transfer) projects. We have a team of young
and committed professionals who are willing to undertake
any activity for the welfare of society.

us and other major construction firms in and around
nashik.

involved in manufacturing of METAL of various sizes
ranging from 6mm 40mm used in construction, road
work, etc. Most of the leading construction firms /
companies of Nashik are using the same. The capacity
of the plant is around 80 brass per day.

COMPACT BUILD. & DEV.PVT.LTD AND OTHERS
JV |
|
A recently formed joint venture of
Niwas Properties, Nashik Infrastructure and Compact
Builders for undertaking the BOT project of Improvement
of 6.5 Kms road on Dhule Amalner Chopda Khargaon S.H.14
including reconstruction of three minor bridges having
spans of 30m, 18m and 21m respectively. The construction
period awarded for the same was 12 months and the said
work has been completed in a record period of only 4
months and the toll collection has started w.e.f. 12.05.2006
under notification received from the Govt. of Maharashtra.
The total cost of the project is around Rs.425 Lacs
and the concession period awarded for the project is
6 years.
